We are improving how we communicate with patients.  Please tell us if you need information in a different format or communication support. 

Fit Notes - patients are advised that if they request a Fit note they will be contacted when it is ready for collection - it is your responsibility to check when your Fit note runs out, you may find it helpful to set a reminder on your phone or in put an entry in your diary.

Hospital prescriptions - please be advised that we are unable to action these immediately and they may take approximately 72 hours before they are ready.  You should collect from the Hospital Pharmacy that issued the prescription if you require the medication straight away.

Named GP - All patients are given a named GP, this does not stop you being able to request another appointment with any GP at the Practice.  If you want to know who is your named GP please ask.

Staff Training -  The surgery will be closed for 2 hours each month to allow for staff to have training, please see notices in surgery for more information
